What we do
Laborato designs and develops software around customer needs, from process discovery and specification to production launch, integration and maintenance. Scope can include an enterprise platform, customer portal, ERP or CRM, mobile application, API, analytics or workflow automation. The actual scope is established during discovery and recorded in the contract.
We start with context: processes to change, users, required data and external services. Discovery documents roles, workflows, business rules and limitations. Functional and non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria and first-release boundaries are agreed with the customer. Existing systems require technical assessment and a deliberate development or migration plan.
Architecture defines components, data models, API contracts, deployment, access and operations. UX design validates user workflows before core implementation. These artefacts provide a shared basis for estimates and delivery sequencing.
Implementation follows agreed milestones with verifiable outputs. Backend, frontend and mobile components use documented interfaces and reviewed changes. Integrations specify exchange formats, error handling, permissions and responsibilities. Load and availability decisions follow the actual requirements.
Validation covers workflows, user permissions, data and integrations. Load and security testing are included where agreed. Before deployment we prepare configuration, CI/CD, documentation and rollback. Production release is coordinated with infrastructure and operations owners; maintenance is contracted separately.
The customer receives the deliverables specified by contract: working software, documentation, source code and agreed rights. Pricing follows requirements, effort, integrations, timeline and maintenance. Scope changes are discussed before inclusion in a milestone. Work can cover a new product, legacy modernisation or ongoing platform development.
