ООО «ЛАБОРАТО» develops and owns the exclusive rights to the Laborato software products listed below. The company licenses its software, supplies enterprise solutions and provides custom software development.
Laborato software
ООО «ЛАБОРАТО» owns the exclusive rights to the programs listed below. Usage rights are granted through non-exclusive licences, enterprise licences or software access, with the product-specific model established by contract.

How usage rights are granted
Non-exclusive licence
Use within contractual limits, including devices or users, term, territory and available modules.
Enterprise licence
Use of the software in an agreed enterprise environment. The specification defines components, deployment and maintenance.
Remote software access
Access to software capabilities through a service or remote infrastructure where supported by the selected product.
Individual agreements and rights transfer
For enterprise delivery, the contract defines source code, rights to independent development, possible assignment of exclusive rights to relevant components and third-party software terms.
Laborato MDM All-in-One
Device management for five systems: Windows / Android / iOS / Linux / macOS.
A non-exclusive licence measured by managed devices and licence term. For enterprise delivery, a separate contract defines the software, rights to self-deploy and develop it, source-code scope and rights transferred.
Delivery for customer-managed deployment, operation and development. Scope may include server components, software agents, management interfaces, documentation and agreed source code. A separate contract defines the type and scope of rights, including possible assignment of exclusive rights to relevant components, maintenance and further development.
Rights to custom development deliverables
For custom development, the customer contract defines ownership of exclusive rights, assignment, licensing and source-code use. Customer and contractor rights are established for the individual project. Third-party components and library terms are addressed separately.
Russian software registry
As of 14 October 2026, Laborato software is not included in the Unified Register of Russian Software and Databases. The company is beginning the inclusion process; there are currently no registry entries or numbers. After inclusion, this page will provide program names, entry numbers, registry links and licensing models.
Fiscal data operator status
ООО «ЛАБОРАТО» is not a fiscal data operator and does not provide fiscal data operator services. The requirement to publish a fiscal data processing permit under paragraph 6 of Ministry of Digital Development Order No. 511 does not apply to the company.
Commercial terms
Prices follow the product, licensing model, users or devices, term and features. Starting prices, including MDM from RUB 500 per device per month and enterprise delivery from RUB 200,000,000, are published in the pricing section.
