Scope and controller
This policy covers information submitted through laborato.org contact forms or company email. The controller uses it to review the enquiry, reply and discuss possible collaboration.
Information processed
The form collects name, work email, optional company name, area of interest and enquiry text. The email includes the source page, submission time, consent confirmation and consent version. Do not include passwords, payment details, health information or other data unnecessary for the enquiry.
Purposes and basis
Information is used to reply, clarify requirements and prepare a proposal. Form processing relies on the visitor’s separate consent. Entering a contract may create additional processing grounds needed to conclude and perform it. The form does not subscribe visitors to marketing.
Transmission and storage
Enquiries are sent over an encrypted SMTP connection to it@laborato.org. Copies go to goralexgen@gmail.com and goralexgen@yandex.ru so the responsible person can handle the request. Mail is processed by Yandex and Google / Gmail under their service and privacy terms. There is no separate enquiry database or CRM. Access is limited to people who need it to handle the enquiry.
Retention and deletion
Enquiries are retained for up to 180 days after the last interaction unless a contract or law requires further retention. When the purpose or period ends, or a valid request is received, processing ceases and data is deleted within applicable legal time limits. A responsible person handles deletion from the main mailbox and both copy mailboxes; the website does not automatically delete archived email.
Rights and withdrawal
Visitors can request processing information, correction, restriction or deletion and withdraw consent by emailing it@laborato.org with “Personal data” in the subject. Provide enough information to locate the enquiry without unnecessary documents. Withdrawal does not end processing supported by another legal basis. Complaints may also be addressed to the competent authority or court.
Security and technical information
The form validates fields and request origin, rate-limits submissions, encrypts mail transport and restricts configuration access. Enquiry content and email addresses are excluded from application logs; delivery errors record event type and time. Website nginx access logs are disabled. Restricted error logs support diagnosis and rotate daily; configuration backups are accessible to administrators.
Localisation and external services
Initial enquiry handling runs on a McHost VPS in Russia, as confirmed by the site owner. The main it@laborato.org mailbox uses Yandex 360; the goralexgen@yandex.ru copy uses Yandex Mail. The goralexgen@gmail.com copy is transferred to Google / Gmail, whose policy allows processing on servers in different countries. The controller therefore does not claim that all copies stay exclusively in Russia. No external analytics or advertising services are connected to the form.
Browser storage
Local storage remembers the selected theme; session storage remembers the loader for the current tab. These records contain no name, email or enquiry and are not included in email submissions. They can be removed in browser settings.

The current policy is published on this page. Changes to processing purposes or scope require updates to the policy and separate consent. Questions can be sent to it@laborato.org or to the controller’s legal address.
